Our office is in Riyadh, and we arrange transport across the Kingdom. In Riyadh we work with our own drivers; in other cities we work through transport partners who are held to the same booking and payment terms. The driver and vehicle can therefore change from one city to the next — but your confirmed fare, your booking reference and our no-deposit terms do not. You deal with the same contact and the same payment terms whether the trip starts in Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah or Taif, and the pickup arrangements are confirmed with you before the day.
