Makkah is the holiest city in Islam – the Masjid al-Haram and the Kaaba at its centre – and the mix is in-town transfers, return trips to the Miqat (Masjid Aisha), landmark visits (Jabal al-Noor, Masjid al-Jinn, Kiswah Factory), and ziyarat day tours covering the sacred sites. Everything runs on fixed, per-vehicle fares with a driver who waits at each stop.
Standard 3-hour tour covering the key sacred sites: Sedan 250 / Staria 300 / Hiace 350 / GMC 450 / GMC XL 500 / Coaster 550 SR. Want a licensed guide (English + Arabic)? Add-on: +200 SR standard, +350 SR half-day, +500 SR full-day. See Makkah Ziyarat Tours for booking.

Entry rules – Muslims only. Non-Muslims may not enter Makkah – enforced at all highway checkpoints. All visitors need a valid visa (Hajj, Umrah or Saudi eVisa) and a free Nusuk permit for Umrah entry to the Haram.
Harramain high-speed rail: the station is ~2.8 km from the Haram. For station drop-offs, Uber is cheaper and we recommend it. Our private fare is the same as a station pickup (sedan 60 SR).
Masjid Aisha Miqat: the nearest Miqat for entering ihram and performing a second Umrah. ~7 km north of the Haram. Return fare 125 SR sedan with waiting.
Prayer times: Fajr ~4:30-5:30, Dhuhr ~12:15, Asr ~3:30-3:50, Maghrib ~6:15-6:45, Isha ~7:45-8:15 – the shift daily; check Nusuk or alharamain.gov.sa.
Best time to visit: October – March for comfortable weather. The busiest periods are Ramadan (last 10 nights) and Hajj season (~late May).
Airport arrival: JED Airport is ~100 km / 60-90 min – sedan 200 SR fixed with a complimentary Miqat stop at Rabigh. See Jeddah airport to Makkah taxi.
Jabal al-Noor climb: ~1,200-1,750 steps, 45 min-2 h up. No shade or water on the slopes. Best before Fajr or after Asr to avoid the heat. Our base round trip includes waiting at the Hira Cultural District – if climbing to the summit, waiting is charged per hour.
